Steve Ousley

Steve was born and raised in Florida. Steve is married to his wife, Tracie and together they have 5 children. Steve never thought he would work in ministry until a mission trip in 2014 to Rwanda changed everything. Steve was set to begin law school when he returned from Rwanda, but God had bigger plans. When Steve returned from Rwanda, Africa in 2014, the Athletic Director position at Highland Park became open. Steve started his work in ministry at Highland Park in August of 2014 and has never looked back. Steve comes to work each day trying to find new ways of “Creating Competitive Christian Athletes”, leading people to Christ, and connecting people to the Church.
