How do I walk in my true purpose?
1. I must be born again.
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Cor 5:17 NIV
2. I must understand my personal mission.
18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 2 Cor 5:18-19 NIV
3. I must adopt my new vocation.
20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. 2 Cor. 5:20 NIV
So where do I start?
• I trust the Holy Spirit to guide my steps, everyday.
6 Paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia. 7 When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them to. 8 So they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas. 9 During the night Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” 10 After Paul had seen the vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them. Acts 16:6-10 NIV
• I submit and commit to do whatever he asks me to do.
