-In every season of life I face different challenges.

-In every season of life, God has a best way for me to face them.

In this season, and every season of life…

  1. God will guide you.

    • God will use leaders to stretch you.

“Then the LORD said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on.” Exodus 14:15

    • God will guide you through his word.

“Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.” Exodus 14:16

2. God will walk you through your tests.

“Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground,” Exodus 14:21-22

3. God will provide if you will follow him.

And the Egyptians said, "Let's get away from the Israelites! The LORD is fighting for them against Egypt." Exodus 14:25

How can I best respond to the challenges of life?

  1. Stop whining and stand strong.

Moses answered the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still." Exodus 14:13-14

2. Make sure to keep moving ahead.

Then the LORD said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Exodus 14:15

3. Notice what God is doing now, and give him praise

But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.
And when the Israelites saw the great power the LORD displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the LORD and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant. Exodus 14:31

When Pharaoh's horses, chariots and horsemen went into the sea, the LORD brought the waters of the sea back over them, but the Israelites walked through the sea on dry ground. Then Miriam the prophetess, Aaron's sister, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women followed her, with tambourines and dancing. Miriam sang to them:  "Sing to the LORD, for he is highly exalted. The horse and its rider he has hurled into the sea."  Exodus 15:19-21
