We want calling to be validated by others instead of confirmed through process. If your calling needs the validation of others you will always walk away from your calling when the validation leaves you. The command of the passage is to “make every effort to confirm your calling” instead of seek validation from everyone around you.

1. How can we support and encourage each other in pursuing our respective callings, without relying on external validation?
2. Why do you think that we often seek validation from others for our calling?
3. How can we differentiate between the need for validation and the desire for affirmation in regard to our calling?
4. What steps can we take to evaluate and discern our calling, and how can we seek feedback and support from others in a healthy and constructive way?
